Recorded at  St. Barnabas Church, Mitcham, London.1995

Review:

This is undoubtedly one of the finest albums by the eminent Mexican pianist. From the first piece to the last, Osorio displays a fascinating range of "colors"—manifesting as sweetness, eloquence, refinement, expressive power, passion, and more. How we lament that the golden era of Osorio’s recordings for ASV has come to an end; that label always provided the Mexican pianist with exceptional sound quality on every recording he made (during the 1980s). I truly hope they soon reissue the material still locked away on old LPs (Ravel, Prokofiev, and some Beethoven).
