Enescu is a genius composer and the interpretation of the 1st Symphony Op. 13 in E flat Major and of the Suite no. 3 op.27, "Villageoise" in D major is absolutely fabulous. Rozhdestvensky at his best. A very good interpretation. Compliments for the BBC Philharmonic for the beautifull and colourfull sound!
